    hi ive got a mail form running but id like to be able to give users to attact a file (its only going to be a 480x60 banner) and i was wondering if this is possible?

    If the emails are going to YOU from the users through a webpage, you can allow the users to upload the banner, have the script store it in a directory on the server, and let you know the location in the message.

    I used this and found it to work like a dream

    also setup a file uploader on my site so that web design clients can upload thier all important content.

    http://www.surefirewebdesign.com/scripts/ - comes in a zip with loads of php templates for forms as well

    http://www.radinks.com/upload/ - here is the link for the uploader, all you need is the path to your site:

    e.g. /usr/local/apache/sites/www.yoursite.com/my_file_path
