Is there a effective way to find out what sites link to you? I.E A simple way to list them? I have already done the google linkto: thing but I would rather have it in list form and slightly more accurate.

    Thanks!

You could generate reports from the Apache log files, or the IIS log files.

Or you could install google analytics, or something similar.

time of some weirdness, and I do agree that I could just use referrers but I have been asked to track inbound links and not necessarily ones that have recorded a referral :knockedout:

I do not think its possible to get a 100% accurate one, but is there a simple way to get a good a list as possible?

A simple way, I don't think there is one. In my mind I can only think up of one idea on how to do this: Have a PHP script go to all pages that people have been referred from, and have that script find the link that brought you there.

    But isn't referral enough information?
