I have a site that seems to appear number 1 in google for quite a few terms such as 'pianos sheffield'.

The problem I have is that I now need it to be on page 1 for the term 'pianos wanted sheffield' and in reality it is nowhere in the Google list for this term.

I dont really know what more I can do to make it appear for this term, I have added that term as the first keyword in the meta data, posted quite alot of links to the site with the term 'pianos wanted sheffield' in them (lots of these posts show up in the list but not my site).

    e.g. pianos wanted sheffield

I have also setup a landing page especially for that term which google can find and has registered but it doesnt show up in the search list. This page contains H1 tags with the term pianos wanted sheffield in.

I have also submitted a new google sitemap which has been accepted and indexed.

Has anyone got any ideas on what I can do to increase my ranking for this term? it really shouldnt be hard as it isnt a very oversubscribed term.

Use pianos wanted sheffield for anchor text in your back links, it will help, also if it is not in page title then try to include it there.

I've had a quick look at your site but couldn't see the landing page which had "pianos wanted sheffield" as the title tag. Have you hidden it away with no links from the home page? If so this might be part of the problem. I'm not a SEO expert, but I believe that Google uses your website's own link structure to determine which are the important pages.
In my own site (website design bury st Edmunds), I have created landing pages for different search terms and have referenced these pages in the footer. For my most important landing page - website design suffolk - I have placed an additional link from the home page and also links here and there from other pages. Then in my site map, I give my home page priority 9 and my Suffolk landing page priority 8 and the other landing pages priority 7.
Just a couple of points - some of your title tags are fairly long: adding "sold on reputation" dilutes the importance of the real keywords in the title. Likewise, your home page h1 tag is really long - it's possible that this dilutes the importance of the words in this tag? And there are no h2 tags.
Have you checked whether your landing page is in the supplemental index? If there is not much unique content there, then this is a possibility and it won't do well in the serps.
A minor point - I personally would put the word Yorkshire in one of the title tags and somewhere in the text and footer - it just widens your potential audience. I would also put Yorkshire and a few local towns and cities int he footer text for the same reason.
    Hope this helps.

Jj1, I completely agree with you. The main problem is hidden in the absence of the necessary keywords in the meta title of the landing page. So, Google doesn't correspond the page with this keyword.

It would help if you had the word "WANTED" in the page.
