    Im a bit worried about it because im only just getting to grips with SEO and realise its changed a lot since say, 2007.

    Is anyone familiar with google caffeine yet?? Will there be another loada changes in how we have to SEO sites??

    Any reassurance greatly appreciated

    when caffeine infrastructure redesign. it doesn't affect much.

    Of course every change will make you change your SEO style. Its an ongoing effort to make your time more efficient while optimizing. Some techniques will be more efficient making the SEO rinse and repeat certain methods rather than focusing on all methods. Your r&d will give you further insight on which methods work fastest for the time you spend exploiting them.
