    Yes your are right you can add nofollow attribute in that page but some link builder check nofollow or dofollow code before making link exchange that may become a little bit problem but it is right at mean time using nofollow Or you can create a page without any link to any other page of your site pages which will not effect your page rank. means for this you have to create a page in a separate folder.
