Man, I was going to post the link to the Mishnoon video, but I'll be damned if he didn't take it down.

To create a mobile responsive design SEO friendly, you will have to either custom create media queries within your stylesheets that apply different CSS rules based on the device screen size. Most people use frameworks to achieve this with the most popular being Bootsrap. Using bootstrap and following their documentation will provide you wth a mobile responsive web design.

Beyond that, apart from things like optimising images for smaller screens and ensuring your pages load fast the SEO friendliness will be the same as on all screens i.e the use of heading tags, links etc. to emphasise important content and beyond that the SEO of your actual content with your keywords etc.

As previously stated CMSs will have plugins to optimise the actual content and give pointers to syntax changes that will help. If you are using Wordpress, Yoast is the most popular tool to achieve this. If you want to do this manually, you will need to invest the time to read through as many SEO guidelines as you can to understand the best practices.

Web search tools are constrained by they way they creep the web and decipher content. To perform better in internet searcher postings, your most vital substance ought to be in HTML content organization. Pictures, Flash records, Java applets, and other non-content substance are regularly disregarded or degraded via web crawler crawlers, in spite of advances in slithering innovation.

I agree with @edtech, you should definitely optimise your title tag since Google looks at that as well as the Meta description. Most of all though content and links matter as well as a fast hosting provider like HappyPuppy or HostGator since a fast server improves load times. A slow loading page will hurt your quality score and is hard to recover from (still fixing a site now).
