    One Company, 2 Websites

My client's first version of their site was created a few years ago in Weebly. They recently created a second, similar site with Wordpress at a different domain. The Weebly site gets a lot more hits, though the Wordpress site is necessary because it is compatible with a payment processing system that Weebly is not compatible with.

So, they'd like make the Wordpress site the main site clients use, but if they shut down the Weebly site, they will lose a lot of hits. I'm wondering if I set up the Weebly site to forward to the Wordpress site, would that hurt the SEO of the Weebly site? If so, are there any other possible fixes for this situation?

    Thank you for any feedback.
