Lightbulb Does Breadcrumbs & Tags have the Same SEO Value?

IS their a difference in SEO value between Breadcrumbs & Tags?

I am creating a website where Breadcrumbs may be too complicated.

If I Replaced Breadcrumbs to Tags, Would that be good or bad for my On-Page SEO?

Those are two very different things. I'm not sure they are comparable. Breadcrumbs are about site navigation, tags are about organizing your content. So, I'm not sure there is a way to conclusively answer this question. If you need to make a choice, I would go with breadcrumbs. If your site is too complicated for them, maybe your site is too complicated in general?

    Yes, you're right.

Currently learning PHP. Should make this all easier to put together seamlessly. If you know PHP & are willing to throw some tips it would be greatly appreciated

I think I am getting what you are trying to say here. And I've handled a kind of site before. The result? Lots of duplicate pages created by tags. So if I were you just stay way from that idea and just go with breadcrumbs.
