I just want to see what all the hype about PHP is about and see if it is any better or easier then asp and such, i want to install it on my server. What is the best way, on there site they have 2 d/l versions for Win32. The zip and the installer, whats the difference (besides size). If i d/l the zip one, is there alot of configuring to do to get it to work, and will asp.net get in the way of php? Thanks for the help...

IMHO Apache is the way to go on this. I wrote a tutorial in that forum here on how to get it working, all you have to do is steps one and two (i.e., ignore the MySQL stuff).

AFAIK it runs on IIS but like crap...in which case you'd use the installer, not the zip.
