    flatface.net if they approve you.. $20 a year otherwise.
    freesql.org for a free MySQL database
    hostultra.com supports PHP. MySQL is extra. Popup ads suck there tho.

    Probably because iphong doesn't want the ads Lycos puts on your pages, and thinks that there must be a free host without ads that has the features of a paid host.

    you can't get a free mysql host without ads, plus i think that you can choose what type of ads you can have. Saying that there are no really free hosts without ads that don't mess you around in a different department anyway
