I don't have experience with either host: however, the ratings on findmyhosting.com aren't always accurate and often times, hosts have put some of their own web development sites as "sample sites" or "sites hosted on the XXX company servers" and claimed that the uptime was great, the server was never down, there were no problems and the tech support is awesome and responds in 6 seconds or less.

They're generally easy to pick out from the legimitate threats, since they're the ones who offer either very little detail or excessively positive comments about the hosts. Just look for the ones that say, "hi, i am a customer of cheesy host and they have never been down and they are grate and the tech support is fast by fone or emale." In fact, one such host (who I will keep nameless) has a notoriuus habit of treating his/her customers poorly, making outlandish claims, and trying to bully and intimidate people who would dare point out his lack of professionalism or credibility. This host has a 94% rating on findmyhosting.com.

In the case of the two companies you've picked, there aren't a lot of reviews either way. This isn't necessarily a reflection of their companies; I'm merely stating this because they don't appear to be all that established (especially tinybutler.com based on the overall use of the forums). I am, however, impressed with tinybutler.com and the owner, Dave Shue, publishing his name on his site saying "this is mine, and I'm respnosible for it."

Personally, I wouldn't use either company just because there's no prior track record that I would consider to be of relevance. So my own overall recommendation is "proceed with caution."
