    and was bombarded with 1 million adverts in the next few mins

    could somebody take a look and (not)recommend any of them hosts

    i will post my requirements on here...
    about 50/year or less (aprox $80/year or less)
    PHP, mySQL, pop3, smtp
    not too much space needed (about 30-50mb)
    quite a lot of bandwidth 5gb - 15gb

    I think you should reconsider your requirement of under $80 a year. It seems that most hosts won't go that low. The lowest I have seen for excellent performance is $93 a year.

    Anyway, I think a host for $100 or less a year is fine. You get what you pay for. Seriously, what is $100 a year from now?
