On my computer and laptop I have a 500gb network drive mapped to Z. As my computer and laptop are both lacking in space, I tried to move my server to Z. But when I change the DocumentRoot the server stops starting. I can't find any properties anywhere else I need to change (I did change the directory). My Layout is like this:

C:\Program Files\Apache\ (all the logs, executables and config files)
    Z:\htdocs\ (the actual files)

EDIT: It worked, I had to use the share name and not the mapped name for the drive

EDIT 2: any PHP activity causes apache to crash..
