    I use them. I think I'd kind of explain them as you get what you pay for. For what I paid, I think I'm getting an excellent service. Their servers are always fast, adn their connections are very good, very few network issues ever. I can't say they're always up, but the majority of the time they're up.

    Their staff is helpful... but not always fast on replies, usually takes me a couple of days to resolve an issue.

    Overall I'm happy for what I got... but I don't absolutely need my site up 24/7 every second of the day... and I rarely have any problems.
