Stuck with DNS, registrar is, using Zpanel

I've got my domain name registered with

Just set up a VPS and successfully installed Zpanel.

I've set up my domain name as a domain in Zpanel and it's set up a DNS record, but I don't know what DNS records to enter in the registrars DNS section.

What I want to do is host my own nameserver and deal with DNS myself.

Screen shots at this point might be helpful -

DNS details on my VPS, setup through Zpanel

But what do I enter here on to trasfere nameserver duties over to my VPS -

I'm really stuck on this and no idea what direction to go in, any help very much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

Most VPS's do not come with a DNS server attached as a service, even a "custom Name Server" scenario usually is only a subset of zone records that you can manage, but not a true DNS server.

Why? because unless you really know what you're doing with a DNS server, you can create more problems... and un-secured dns server can get hacked easily and start "poisoning records" on any associated Name Servers it deals with...

What you want to do is get your Name Servers from your hosting company...

then point modify your name DNS records on your domain registrar to point to that nameserver.

I would actually be better for you to use it that way as your domain registrar DNS won't allow you to enter a record incorrectly causing problems
