    Keeping server software up-to-date

What do you guys use to keep your server software up-to-date?

I mostly run the updater in cPanel (The Hosting Platform of Choice | cPanel, Inc.), and my Wordpress instances get updated automatically (automatic WP updates is a latest feature in Wordpress). I get informed by PatrolServer (https://patrolserver.com/) when my stuff gets outdated and for my Ubuntu I use unattended updates.

Shoot if you got a different solution.

I have a managed dedicated server, and I build custom stuff so I don't have to worry about constant updates.

Mind you, that's beyond the reach of most people and I can understand that.
If I've helped you out in any way, please pay it forward. My wife and I are walking for Autism Speaks. Please donate, and thanks.
