TOSDomains.net is great; domains are $8.88/year, include e-mail forwarding and URL forwarding , and their customer service is fast and knowledgeable. Their domain control panel could be better, but it's not bad. Also, they accept PayPal.

I'm using aplus.net. $7.95 a year. But I would go with godaddy. There are the best.
