Unhappy I want to redirect the user from https to http, when the ssl certificate is not activ

    Hi,

Currently I'm working on one website (https.www.ircp.co). This website is made by WordPress and I install the Free Let's Encrpt SSL Certificate for this domain. This website is now working fine with SSL Certificate.

But, what I actually want. I want to redirect the users to https://www.ircp.co to http://www.ircp.co when the ssl certificate is not active mode. If the ssl certificate is active, the user will redirected to https://www.ircp.co.

This is possible? I really need your help.

    Thanks in Advance.

You could use a PHP script to check if SSL is active then redirect if it isn't. If you have an SSL certificate installed and HTTPS working then the only reason it should stop working is if you remove the certificate. In which case you will know it's turned off and won't need to check using a PHP script. Instead you can add redirect rules to your .htaccess file within your website's root folder to redirect users from https to http.
