I have a question. Which is the best way, or plans, for a beginner concerning hosting?

Are you talking about hosting a site yourself on your own server or going to be a customer of a hosting company?

For now, customer of a hosting company. I'd LIKE to have a server for myself...but...not just yet.

Check out our Hosting Co. Reviews section. Decide on what language you think you'd eventually like to learn (most likely PHP or ASP), and look into hosting that will support that. PHP hosting is a little cheaper, but I'm learning ASP.NET and loving it.
