I'm assuming you mean "scrapped" and not "scraped".
That depends on what you're looking for, exactly. Are you looking for design help? Programming help? What do you want to do?

I'm always interested in new projects - but I'd want a lot more detail before committing to anything.
Who's your target market, what results do you want from the site, do you need a CMS, etc., etc.Good design should never say "Look at me!"
