    Hey!

You already know what excatly I need, is shall be more certain and tell, that I need not less than 1024GB of RAM, 15-25GB of space and 200-500 gb of monthly bandwidth at VPS account WITH (only with, no without) cPanel onboard.

I found hostv.com offering suitable deals, but I cannot find reliable feedbacks about this host, and would be very pleased if anybody shared thoughts.

    Also REASONABLE suggestions are welcomed.

    Thanks

    L

What's your budget for this? most VPS providers will offer cPanel as an addon. Are you looking for a Xen or OpenVZ VPS?

cPanel as an add-on to a VPS? That makes no sense! The VPS architecture is supposed to be an alternative to shared-hosting, not a platform for shared hosting!

If you're going to go with a shared hosting architecture, get a dedicated server and spend $200/month.

If you want a VPS, you shouldn't be hosting more than 2-3 production websites on it, and they should all belong to one client. That's the model.

If you don't know how to admin Linux yourself, get a simple server management software for easy vHost , Email, and FTP setup. One that's not designed for shared-hosting. Here are two good free Linux admin tools:

    Good luck!

Your requirements are common. I think you will not have any problem to find a VPS provider to suit this requirement.

Take a look at BeyondVPS.com. In this case I have to disagree with Smoseleys post (not because I own a VPS host however). Despite my personal like for DirectAdmin over cPanel, I think for anyone on a budget you are MUCH better off with a VPS. Low-end dedicated servers dont even come close to the performance of a decent VPS of the same price.

A great example is WDF. We run on a VPS server, along with about 10 other sites. Our total monthly traffic is around 80,000 users. The VPS has 1.5GB RAM.

With the right optimisation it works just as good, if not better than a 'standard' dedicated box.

With BeyondVPS we've had customers loading up some huge vB forums on them and they have handled it fantastically. As long as you use a provider with good servers (quad core, 8GB+ RAM, RAID10 or RAID6 HDDs, etc), you'll be fine.

I also have to disagree with smoseley's post. In fact, cPanel have a version optimised for VPS with a lower memory footprint and cheaper licensing for exactly this purpose (look for "VPS Optimized" on cPanel.net). It's worth noting that you can only use the VPS optimized version with Virtuozzo / OpenVZ based VPS's though.

In terms of providers, if you're on a budget you won't find much cheaper than ChilliVPS (search for VPS on ebay.co.uk - they've got a great deal on cPanel), or check out the deals on lowendbox.com and get a separate cPanel license from somewhere like instantcpanellicense.com (use voucher code vps13 for $2 off a VPS license).

    Hope that helps!
