Looks at least reasonable. The first call took about 1.5 seconds, but the rest were fine.

Good. Do you believe I could host tech-squad.org forum on there?

I dunno. In the short run, possibly. In the long run, you'd be pushing it.

    1 RTT - round-trip time

if you're hosting this over a DSL... your limitations for anyone to connect to this are going to be based on your upload speed... most times your upload speeds are half or less than download speeds...

add 4-5 users and they are sharing the same amount of throttled bandwidth... and that is only if you are not doing any downloading... streaming videos... netflix will bring your site to a crawl... anything that uses bandwidth... will affect user connection times and response times...

You should also probably check with your ISP ( SBC GLOBAL )... to see if they have restrictions on running web services unless of course it's a business account... and I would go for a static IP address and give it a domain name... if they do have restrictions... expect them to shut your down shortly... ( violation of TOS )...

My ISP shut down my SAN I was using until I told them that I was the only person using it and it was not for public access... ( their log files showed 3 connections to it )so they thought it was public... without asking... " Just their policy "

Well I don't think I'm supposed to be running any type of server, but I'm gonna hope they don't notice :-)

Yeah my DSL is Dynamic IP 6Mbps Down, 768Kbps Up.

You're going to have the same problem with most, if not all, residential class ISPs. I've had similar problems where my ISP ended up port blocking 25, so in order just to test SMTP on a dev server I had to use an alternate port and authentication. I wasn't doing anything wrong and I can prove that, but it's not something my ISP allows.
