    Well, I guess, but I want automated creation, and I don't want to give them a full cPanel. Either a free control panel or an extremely customized/stripped down control panel...

    Does that service allow people to use their own css coding? Or do you have to use stupid templates?

    Well I want to give people a completely functional hosting account they can upload with FTP, have MySQL databases, etc, just have a rather small size and bandwidth limit...then when they need more they switch to the paid hosting!
