Saving a New Site Over an Old Site

I just started at a job where they used Microsoft Expression Web to create a website. I still use Expression Web to upload our site changes via FTP.

NOW, I purchased an Adobe Cloud Membership and built a whole new web site using Adobe Muse. Now I am having problems with replacing my old site with my new site. When someone types in my web address, let's call it, how do I get it to go to my new site and not my old site?

What problems are you having replacing it? Are you uploading the files in place of the old ones?

Not familiar with either of these services, but...

When you say you upload stuff via FTP, who is hosting the site? Microsoft? Or another (real) web host?

Are there site files you can download or is there some sort of Saas-CMS thing going on with Adobe Muse?
