    What customer management and support software are you using nowadays?

    The question is straight to the point: what are you using for customer support and management.

    When your business is small, it is not hard at all to manage the channels independently and taking care of everything that way. However, there is a point where the inquiries and requests grow too much in number that you cannot handle it that way any longer... and you need a way to solve it ASAP, because time is money!

    That is my case nowadays, my store is growing (yay!) but the customer support and management is driving me insane, so I want to bring it a prompt solution. I've been thinking of giving Kayako help desk customer service a try and see how it goes, because I can request a demo, but what is your opinion about this company and the service? Can you share any examples of companies that use their services?
