It's an alright design. A typical web design company site, or a hosting site.
It's a nice clean design, my only real complaints would be the use of tables and your banner. I don't think the text and the background go together in the slightest. That for me are the only things that are letting you down. Other then that it is looking pretty good. Use one font for the banner not three different ones.

The logo in the banner seems like it should be on the left side of the image. The tree catches my eye in that image before those mountains do, so when I look at your banner I see a logo covering up a picture of a tree.

As far as your site goes, I'd like to see a bit more color in it. I'm not sure how, but it seems a little washed out below the banner.

I agree with splufdaddy, the tree kinda takes your eye away from the logo and it looks a little cluttered, so maybe move the logo to the left hand side instead.

You could do with some rollovers on your nav. Also not trying to be picky or anything but possibly being a webdesign site it should be made with css positioning and xhtml, just to show that the company is up to speed.

    Just my 2 cents tho.

The design of the site is nice, I agree fully about the banner and I think rollovers on the navigation would do you good.
