    1. The graphics are the biggest issue. There aren't many, and the ones that exist are very basic. Take a look at some photoshop tutorials.
    2. The background looks like 1996.
    3. The default table borders look older than the background.
    4. The page counter fits in there with the background and default table borders

    I agree with spluf, the graphics need a "makeover" and you need more graphics, in my opinion. Usually, the page counter goes at the bottom of the page so that's kinda odd. I also believe you need other links, like you have contact information on the main page, which also is kinda odd.

    I agree with the others, you need more graphics and the counter would definitely be better at the bottom. I also think the menu on the front page could be made a little smaller, to me it looks quite intimidating the way it is with so many links. Perhaps you could contain the music, videos and games sections within an 'entertainment' page or something similar to keep things more concise.
