It's a nice site, but I don't like the way that it is layed out. I would rather have a normal navigation that allowed me to view what you did, with specific pages for each item, rather than them all being bundled together.

The floating box under my cursor when I hover over the site designs gets in my way. I'm trying to look at the little thumbnail images, not learn about the site. Move that floating box information onto the right side when I click a thumbnail. On top of that it flickers when I move across the thumbnails, and if i stop to read it, my browser pops up a little tooltip under my cursor with the URL. That browser tooltip blocks your box.

And like justlivyalife said, the site looks great but the left side feels squished. Try to achieve the same level of read-easiness you have on the right side (using yellow and line-breaks).

Kind of a cool design...it needs more images though...I agree that the navigation is hard to find. All the text is confusing and reminds me of a message board. More graphics, less text.

I think a centered box site approach would be much nicer for your digital portfolio. Sleekness is achieved with the smooth cool gray/light graphite, but I do not think it goes well with your content.
