The luminous orange text used on your buttons is murder to read, experiment with other colours/combinations if possible; whilst your at it centre the text within the buttons both horizontaly & vertically. (Basic/Small mistakes like this look bad) In terms of aesthetics the rollover state don't look particularly pleasing.

You might want to tone down the orange used for the overall layout structure, it's some what over powering and really distracts from trying to read any content. For a site that is trying to sell a 'profesional image' through page copy, it contrasts harshly with the actual visual style/design of the site.

Don't underline titles or sub-headings - this suggests the text is a clickable hyperlink; but in either case there're more appropriate ways of creating emphasis.

    colour, weight, typeface, size etc.

Its a bit, orange. Thats not that bad, but the readability of the navigation is pretty bad. I would change the default blue link color and add a css rollover. (blue+orange=epilepsy)

I can not read your navigation.

All those links on the right have no title and appear to go to the same page, yet not different places on the page.

Got some unstyled text in the contact page that's misplaced.

Nearly every page has drastically different typography.

Overall, the entire thing seems thrown together to me. Looks as though you almost didn't look at the final product while putting it live. Some aspects are good, but the overwhelming amount of mistakes and oversights are just way too overpowering.

IT's a nice sharp site - to the point. I agree with the orange font color on the buttons (too hard to read) and would love to see more graphics on the site; it's a bit rudimentary as far as visual comfort is concerned, do you see what I mean? Don't forget that the average reader will not take the time to read more than 5-10 lines of text and on some of your pages, there is quite a bit of it. You might want to edit.
Otherwise and again, sharp, concise and to the point! May South FLoridians flock to you for their websites!
