    • Hit counters are cheap & tacky, if you must insist on keeping one find a subtle way of doing it, and don't style it in a way that generates a large amount of attention as it's such an insignificant part.
    • Don't underline titles/subheadings. Use Bold, UPPER CASE, Colour or even a larger type size for example.

    change the menu please =] way too hard to navigate if i can't see all teh choices...i hate scrolling too

    I agree. Also, instead of the drop down window, use a bulleted list.
