    mm, I think it's a tough call, splash screens are useless, and another step a user must take to enter your site, however this site is all about showcasing your work, and what better way to do so then make it the first thing a user sees? As for the rest of the site, I really like it. Small, concise, and pleasing to the eye. Nice work!
