even if you learned how to use a tool like dreamweaver, it is not granteed that you can make it.
exactly as this:-
i know how to use a pen, but can i draw a cool sketch? it depends on the person.

Welcome to the forums Nama! I'd check in the WDF tutorial section to get some ideas. When I get home later I'll dig up a link I have for resources for people new to web design, should help out a lot.
