    Hi all!

I'm working on a site for myself now. As you'll see, the main page will kind of be a portal to 2 independent areas of my site, the "Business" area and the "Personal" area. Right now, I've only got one page of the business side done, so the links don't go anywhere.

Anyway, got any suggestions for me, either for design OR for content OR for both? Here's where the site resides now (I can't FTP it up to where it's SUPPOSED to be right now cos of server maintenance):

    Thanks! :classic:

Oh, one more thing...I'm gonna have some javascript working when you hover over the buttons, but I'm still learning javascript and not sure how to do that yet. Just to let you know, though, it's coming!

Invert the color scheme and you've got a simple winner.

You think? Hmmm...I really like the white on black...I'll try it to see how it looks, though!

    Thanks.

I'd add some color, not much but just a bit so it doesnt look so plain... probably some orange for the title or for the section buttons text would do well.

I'd be curious to see what the inverted color scheme looks like...but if you dont do that, then definately some orange, or maybe even some subtle yellow would add some needed color to the page. Also, the text in your navigation bar (home, services, projects, etc...) is a little fuzzy, maybe it's not anti-aliased. I do agree though, clean, simple design!

Well, I tried the inverted color scheme, and it looks kinda plain to me...too much white.

And here's the version with more color in the lettering.

Which color do you guys like for the lettering?

Nevermind...I decided on what I'm gonna do. I'm going with the Green text in the links bar to give it the "mainframe" look....

    Thanks!
