We have developed a website for business (early stage development) the site is basically done but noticed today when the site is viewed on a full screen the text and graphics are fine but, when the screen is minimized or the screen size is different the text and graphics are skewed...not sure why...the site was built with frontpage 2000.

Try using fixed (pixels) instead of relative (precentages) sizes in the tables.

    Your Site

Site looks good. Som suggestions would be to make the big blue link on every page smaller. It's way to big for a link. It kinda looks like and ad. Also the FAQ page needs working on. Other than that the site looks great.

    Peace :chinese:

use images for the title text and the buttons to stop skewing.

Thanks to all, I believe the problem has been fixed. Something about the graphics were throwing the page off. I appreciate every ones help and taking the time to look. We are still working on the content and FAQ page as well as some minor changes and have noted your suggestions. THANK YOU!!

Despite the fact that the problem has been fixed, there are some other problems you might want to fix (regarding scaling):

    1. The text in the top navigation splits onto multiple lines when you scale the site down. You can fix this by nesting the anchors in <nobr></nobr> tags.
    2. The top and bottom sections (tables) of the site scale smaller than the center section of the table. This can be resilved by adding spacer gifs to the tables or by encapsulating ALL of the tables in one big table with one cell, no padding, no spacing, and no border.

Also, for your FAQ section, you might want to read my chapter on Linked Lists

As you mentioned the site was built with FrontPage so I shouldn't be expecting much but I have a couple of things to say..

Don't underline part of text that isn't a link... underlined text is supposed to be links.. just bold those parts..

use css for your links.. to see a blue underlined link nowadays to me just looks terrible and amateur... it's not hard to make stylesheet.. holla and i'll make you one..

also your links as mentioned earlier need to be smaller..

images?.. I didn't see a single image on the site.. I think even Eric Jordan couldn't make a "wow" design without images.. why do YOU think you could..

why black bgcolor for your menu?... put a nice bgcolor there and style your menu and make it a color that stands out.. something that says.. CLICK MEEEEE..

that's all I can think of right now..

Not trying to diss you or anything.. just trying to help.. and hope I did
