    A few things I noticed:

    You should make all the signs smaller. Change the font or something. It may take a while, but the overall impression that the viewer has wont be so negative.

    I think the pattern behind the nav is tacky looking. Patterns are cool if you have something original, but this looks like something that comes from a MS Word website, sorry to say.

    I'm a big fan of nice borders around the elements of sites. It gives them a finished look. This site seems lacking just because a little thing like that.

    And what's up with the frames, now?

    i think that the nav is not ummm good looking? (including the bg)
    you logo is simple and nice; about the licenses, i dont think u should put them in your first page as headers :P try something else.

    Great feedback guys.... The Navagation Background is the Product the Company uses to coat the walls they paint... so you see it really all ties in together
