It looks pretty solid, not really my style, but I can't really find anything bad about it. I do, however, wonder why the menu is repeated along the top and the side.

I have an eye for detail like you'd never believe.

I like it, I do. I love designs like that. I know it's not a completely biased opinion either. Designs like that are quite appealing to some people.

A couple suggestions though. One would be to drop the blue bar up top, it ruins the flow of the silver part of the design, causeing it to kind of break, then go off again. By blue bar, I mean this: ".: ASP :: C&C++ :: CGI&Perl :: Java :: Java Script :: PHP :: Python :: Tools&Utils :." It's not really needed either way since it's repeated on the nav on the left. And I personally can't find it more convenient on top since the font on top is smaller then that on the nav.

Second I would make sure your spelling is correct, as well as your descriptions are as relevant as possible. I just glanced and found the following error:
    phpBB
this is a script of the well known forum sever phpBB.
it's a free script and it is easy to install.
What is phpBB? phpBB is a high powered, f.....
Obviously sever would not want to be used there. Instead Server. But then again if you think about it phpBB isn't really a forum server...

Pretty solid layout. Nothing eye-catching, which I am sure is what was intended.

    thanks for comments.
As for the "Spelling/wording" issue you mentioned, that is what users submit :P
I dont modify their stuff, I just check to see if it is convenient.

    Any more suggestions?

Ahh I see now, that I WAS definately unaware of. You may want to moderate it though or something as it causes it to look a bit sloppy or like you may not care as much.

Your left side navigation rollovers were a little unresponsive, do you preload them?

Perhaps you could match the username and password form fields with the height of the silver bar? ...or atleast allow the silver to continue underneath them.

Doesn't matter, looks like you've already changed it since.
