very nice, i like the colours better on the second one and it looks more professional, good job :classic:

the clock is a good idea to represent a stopwatch (in other instances this may be annoying but good idea)

I get the feeling that there is a little to much white space

but overall great site, fits the purpose well

I agree, I like the second site, it has nice clean lines, and I like the green alot better than the purple. The pictures complement the page well, and I think the clock is really cool! One thing to change may be to line up the title of the pages ("Welcome to Motivation Plus Fitness" for ex. on the home page) with the navigation to the left. Other than that, looks great!

an improvement, although i liked the clock in light green because in the dark colour it distracts you from the rest of the site IMO - great work, i like it :classic:

I like the clock's new position better, it's further away from the main text, it looks good w/ the date up at the top. Nice job.

    Only one question....

    WHY FLASH ?!?!?

It has no real animation or other need for flash. All you're gonna do with this site is lose viewers and search engine traffic.

thanks guys... i think i might change the clock color back to the green.. what you said makes sense

I showed the client a dhtml version and flash.. and he picked flash.. that's why

anyone have any good scripts for flash 6 plug-in detection with redirects for "plugin OK" and "plugin NOT OK".. i have one but i'm kinda not too happy with it..

    thanks again
