    Hi all

I have just created a new look for my online art gallery which was getting slightly retro.

    Please take a look at:
    http://www.galleries-online.co.uk/redesign/index.htm

And let me have your thoughts.

P.S the current design can be seen here:

    Thanks

    Neil

Very nice! One slight suggestion: The hover colour of all the links I tried is too dark and doesn't have enough contrast with the background. Maybe you could review those?

For example, the "Contact Galleries Online" link is white on gray. The hover is very dark gray over gray, and this is hard on the eyes imho.

    Well done otherwise.

Thanks for the positive feedback, I agree the colours could do with adjusting.

That is a very nice design. It's simple. Simple and sleek is good. I would tone the background color down just a tad. Just a little so the eye does not strain.

I have to agree with captainmedia. Just a tiny bit a darker background would be nice (it also bites with the blue rollover).

And in firefox (don't know how it is in IE) the right edge of the tables are not in one line, it's a tiny bit off.

    Great work!
