My site is not a template, it was designed by me, from header to bottom.

Then my comment to you is that your site looks too much like a template. The reason it has that the header and footer consist of pretty graphics and animation, and the contents are mostly just plain text. I think that as a design studio, you should spice up the content (middle part) a bit and probably integrate the whole thing together so it looks consistent (i.e. so it "flows").

EDIT: Other comments: make an iconographic logo, get rid of the red-on-red links. put more than 3 projects per page (you only have 5 in total, you might as well put them all on one page), put an address and phone number on your contact page, lose the "my favorite links" section on the left, and make your navigation load faster (it should be instantaneous after watching the animation the first time).

I wouldn't apply non-offset drop shadows and gradients to every word, it severly decreases the legability.
