Erm, it took AGES to load! I'm on 4mbit and it took a good 10 seconds. I'm not sure why you think you can offer design services when you can't design (sorry to be so blunt) get a good book, browse the internet and improve your skills first.
Your website isn't html 4.01 valid so why have the image saying it is? Never center text, it's hard to read and servers no purpose. There is text overlapping an image, are you using divs?
The site doesn't draw me in, it doesn't even explain what it's about. What is the purpose of that man anyway? The mouseover on the links take like 5 seconds to appear and that kills the effect.
My advice, keep learning, reading and practising!
