    Simple - yes
    Clean - yes
    Attention-grabbing - not really

Images, my web designing friend. They will help your layout a lot. If you have lists, will you make custom bullets? Will there be little icons here and there for visual cues? It will need something to liven it up a bit I think.

What's a .gi? And why does it points to a gif when I click it?

You should make a logo effect, and use a less boring font for your menu.
Images too. It's like looking at a plain text website, but more boredom inducing. I dunno why.

I would suggest you mock it together as a web page, add some dummy text, links and headings. There's really not that much to go on at the moment.

You haven't exactly told us what Mini Empire is either?

I like what i see so far. I would like to see that whole mini empire header section a totally different colour to white, like the silvery colour in the page's background with a more metalic feel.
I would like to see a html mock up too.

There is still nothing to comment on?

The design at its current stage is very generic and suggests it could serve any number of purposes. Your mock-up hasn't provided anything new, there's absolutely no point in just embedding the same image in html. The whole idea behind it was so you could flood the page with some content, that way we would be able to make suggestions on layout, typography etc.

As it stands it looks and feels very clean, professional and bland.
