    I like the low bandwidth design.

    The colour scheme is a bit low contrast though. Also you could use some padding in the text sections.

    i agree with Richard D's last comments. you need more contrast, otherwise it gets hard on the eyes after a while. bedding would really hope to, as the text is too close to the end of the screen.

    the 'L' in "links" needs to be capitalised. also the "HTML" link needs to be all caps like the others.

    If you're looking at grammar, yes, there are a lot of corrections needed, even beyond those dinot1985 referenced. But aside from that, the menus are hard to read because they are too close, there's too much white space, and the layout IMHO is boring.

    To fix this... capitalize consistently; and this includes the names of all programming languages. Use the same font for the entire menu. Center the layout, or at least give more room between the content and the (left) edge. Incorporate a highlight color for rollovers and titles. Maybe add a graphic to help unify the menus and the content. That should be a good start.
