You can check out the index of board listings on the announcement forum without registering. There are only a few boards open to guests, the rest of the forum is closed to guests. That's why I put the listing of boards where guests could see what is available.

I just would like to know your thoughts on the desgin of the site. Liz

I like and have used phpBB for clients, but I think your color scheme and layout is a little busy. The purple buttons could be a little easier to read.

I agree on the purple buttons, just haven't figured out how to fix that yet. Liz

There is way to much going on such as patterns, bevels, colours etc. I personally think the whole colour scheme you have used is a tad outdated. Why not try to use colours that contrast with the logo?

For three reasons, 1) I am unable to make the graphics myself. 2) I can't find the theme that would go with it already made and can't afford to have one made(maybe that's 2 reasons) and 3) That set up would be a tad too feminine and I want my forum to be for both genders.

I have another I'm looking at but I can't get the css to cooperate in fixing it. Liz

    One word answer: CSS

You think the current layout is Gender Neutral?
Your forum is css controlled, take a little time and play with the css and a color coordination wheel.

Another comment, your forum does not clearly and quickly explain what it's for. I suggest you go here and read point #2

No, I know it isn't gender neutral but the one I am trying to fix behind the scenes is a better choice. To see that one, go here to my *playground* test site: Southernlady's Test Forum Liz

I do like that layout but for my crowd it's a tad too gray. I need something blue, green, red, or med purple. Liz
