are those reversed bras? are they on the outside? im feelin those. it does have a harajuku feel. is there a language translator?

I often have wondered how to call this kind of style.
I guess it is very liberating to take such clothes!

LMAO, first time I heard of that style was flipping channels and landing on "America's Top Model" LMAO when they were runnign around Japan, then again on Gwen Stefani's L.A.M.B. CD.
