    In fact the whole color scheme is pretty bad; try using a dark on light scheme.

    i agree with filburt,if you want to use the dark background you should let your text be light color or white.
    Other thing,shoudnt make the in line frame too long.shorter it because it make visitor difficult to view your site.
    And there are too much space on there.

    try to make it better. good start anyway.

    The titles like "hardware" and "games" have cell outlines that are longer than the content below them that they are headlining.

    Also, out of curiosity, why are you designing for Netscape 7?

    I agree with everything that was said up here and would like to add that your colour scheme should match your purple banner on the top. Unless you are female, you may also want to change the purple background in the banner too. It's more the kind of colour that one would expect to see on someone's personal Hello Kitty or mythology website.

    I wouldn't say I was a hardcore linux geek, I used VIM to write everything.
