    Hi check out my site

    http://www.kfx400hq.com/

    I also have one question.

On the homepage, I foyu increase the text size in your broswer twice, it destroys the template. Is their a code I can enter to where it does not let browsers increase the text size on my website? Thankyou

I dont think there is. and doing so would be extremely bad practise (if you didnt allow them to increase the text size, visually impaired people may have trouble reading your website). I'd suggest trying to customise the template so that it isnt destroyed by increasing the text size.

Use DIVs or the hated iFrames that everyone hates . DIVs are used to insert text and they 'overflow' due to the amount of text there is. If there is more text than the height of the DIV, it places a scrollbar. The same for the iFrame. Search Google for these two and tutorials on how to use them.
