    Hi.

I've recently revamped my website and would be interested in any feedback anybody can give on what they think of it.

    It's called Newclear View

    Many thanks for your time.

    Sulligogs.

The pink column clashes with the rest of the color scheme. The text box color (light green) clashes too. The red borders and red text scattered around don't help.

The default link color and list styles make it look a bit tacky. Changing those and making some kind of rolloever for links would greatly enhance visual appeal and usability.

If you already have links to whatever external site on the side navigation it's redundant to put their icons at the bottom of the page. It clutters the layout too. If you must have the icons I suggest puting them on their own separate page.

To be completely honest, family members are not good web site critics.

I never implied that I don't like it, I just think it could use some work.

I agree with EB. Your site isn't that far off. I think some color changes (on the text links and the pink nav box) could use a change and then your site is right on.
But....for sure, get rid of the pink. Go with the grey you are using in the other title boxes.
Also, I would center your "In Birmingham" a bit better. The word Birmingham looks a little too far to the right.
As for the main banner, I think it is great. Great job with editing the photos together and making a clean banner out of it.
The history page has a few formatting issues (one with a picture and one with the header text below the box).
I do like the images page. I like the layout and the added text is a good touch and well placed.
I'd give it a 3/5, but if you are in the band, I'd give you another point for being able to design and rock.

Very nice site, well laid out and I like the navigation bar and its movement. The colors are very striking. The only thing keeping it from being near perfect in my opinion is the fixed width - but some people like that.
