i have some cool pics but need some help with layout

So I have done a few sites, but again and again I find that I have trouble with layout. I know I should just learn css but I have already made most of this site and am wondering if anyone has a few simple tips. I would really appreciate it!

The first problem is with the link you gave and that you shouldn't really use caps in your document name because the addresses are case sensitive.
Your banner is out of alignment and looks odd compared with the placement of the navigation.

The text is too big and in my opinion the red text on a blue background looks ugly.

The navigation is way too wide and the banner is too big

The only thing I do like is the flash in the navigation but I’m sorry to say that I find this site ugly.

I personally think you should re-do this site. Scrap the flash in the menus and just use plain text. Make sure that the banner is equally as wide as the navigation and content area combined.
