    Appearence:
    The text is tiny. I'd increase the text size.

    Coding wise:
    You have this twice:
    <META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">
    <META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">

    You should have a DOCTYPE declaration
    eg for XHTML use <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

    There is debate as to how many keywords you should have. Some say that too many can actually reduce your ranking. They should be relavent to the words on the actual page.

    I noticed that the site is written in english, but the site lists prices in indian currency. If the site is targeted to english speakers, have the prices in dollars or pounds. If the site is targeted towards indians, then have the site written in indian. I'd have an indian version of the site either way.

    Some of the english sounds unnatural, which is understandable, but you should have a native speaker check over the writing.

    I would redo that red shape.

    This site has alot of resources that might help too. there are tutorials and do's/don'ts lists.

    For one thing, I'd look into checking your site in browsers other than IE, as the images in the `X-Designs' section are overlapping with the menu, which is generally considered as Bad (tm).

    In addition, the images for your menu items don't have alternate text. Alternate text is used by browsers that either can't display images (e.g., screen readers for the blind) or a browser that doesn't find the image (e.g., because it got accidentally deleted). This is particularly important for menu items, where you have no idea what they do if you don't have the images. You put alternate text in via the `alt' attribute of the `img' element:
    HTML Code:
    <img src="image.png" alt="This is the alternate text" />
    The `alt' attribute is required to be standards-compliant. I would recommend using the menu text for the alternate text of those images.

    Finally, your menu doesn't provide enough feedback. The only indicator that items on your menu are menu items is the pointer changing to a hand over them. This often is not enough. You should look into providing more concrete feedback, such as a change in color for the text.
