PROS
- I like the photos and clean styling.
- It's uncomplicated
CONS / AND POSSIBLE IMPROVEMENTS
- Your main page doesn't hit you with anything particularly interesting, visual or otherwise.
- It comes across as completely boring dull and unenthusiastic. Your 'about' page more so than others.
- Text tends to blur if the scroll bar isn't stopped in the right place.
- The size of your layout changes on every page. The switch from portrait to landscape I thought was interesting, but you could still keep the dimensions consistent in-between.
- People are more likely to care what skills and thought processes you went through to make something and why, not what software you used.
- You switch between the use of 'I' and 'we'. Do you want to come across as a small studio, or an individual? Your site is more geared towards the later at the current time.
- The white text on the blue navigation bar isn't the easiest to read; maybe reversing the static/hover states would aide legibility.
- The shying away photo doesn't come across as good as one where you'd be looking towards the camera, (your site audience.)
People are more likely to hire a competent/confident person. Even the shadow gives the tiered impression of hiding away, even small things like this are worth taking into account.- Don't forget to kern the letters in your own logo.

thanks for the tips, i actually thought the pic on the about page was pretty bad too, but i dont have many, ill see if i can fix some of thesethanks much
I liked it. It was simple and straight to the point. The navigation could use a little work in my opinion. i don't like having to click to see the links, they should actually jump out at me.
I really like your vector graphics. Thats something I've always wished i knew how to do well.
heh, u dont have to click to see the links, u just rollover the menu :P
and thank you very much
I would change the background image on your contact fields and would remove the "Menu" box to the left of the links... just have them always visible. For the first minute I looked at your site I couldn't figure out where the navigation was.
